I am off to Tyrol to shoot a Video Clip for the new song of Netnakisum, the fantastic girl band, with whom I am also preparing a "mountain drama", which we will show in Vienna in autumn - I will keep you informed!

The new song is a cover version of Deep Purples "Highway Star". Our special guest: Cordula Reyer!

The musical "The Secretaries" is under construction at the Opera of Dortmund and will have its opening on September 12th. Its a great work and we are having a lot of fun on our huge type writer....

 

I am acting Paul Celan in a beautiful performance directed by Eva Brenner at the University of Valencia. Gaby Aldor is acting Ingeborg Bachmann, Stephanie Waechter and Sybille Starkbaum are acting, dancing and singing - representing the lyrical dimension of these two poets. The young writer Marie Steiner collaborated at the dramaturgy of this performance. Opening on the 16. September at the University of Valencia in Valencia, Spain.

Since my father would have celebrated his 100th birthday this springtime, I have decided to offer him as a birthday present the prize money of my "Nestroy Award" I have received in order to make a new production.  So I invited Pablo Ariel and his Galilee Multicultural Theatre to collaborate on the story of my father. The birth process of this production was unbelievably difficult, touching and overwhelming. I did a huge research work and struggled with the possibilities to put all this on stage. Finally we were invited at the Competition at the Akko Festival in Israel, where we are opening on the 26. September 2010. We perform everyday during the festival until the 30. September 2010.

From the 2. December 2010 until the 11.December 2010 we will perform at the Semper Depot behind the Theater an der Wien in Vienna.
