On 29.10. at 11h my next Wild But Heart will take place at the "Porgy&Bess" in Riemergasse 11, 1010 Vienna.
My guest this time will be Robert Schindel.
Robert Schindel is one of the most important living writers in Austria.
He is a poet and a novelist. His novels, through their fine language and keen observation, are seismographs of the society they describe.
His epoch-making works "Gebürtig" and "Der Kalte", through their lyrical power, trace their time as hardly any other work can.
Robert Schindel founded the study of poetic arts at the "University of Applied Arts" in Vienna.
We will talk about poetry, literature, Austria, the present and probably also about Israel.

On 5.11. at 11h there is the next Wild But Heart, to which the director, actor and drummer Thomas Toppler will come to me in the "Porgy&Bess".
Thomas Toppler first studied percussion at the University of Music in Graz and then attended the theater and clown school of Philippe Gaulier in Paris.He is co-founder of the group "The Erlkings", played with renowned orchestras and founded the theater group Ship of Fools in London. Last year he won the Nestroy Prize for the best off production with the Bouffon play "A Modest Proposal".
We will talk about Vienna, Paris, music and different theater traditions.

On 9.11. I have the great honour to give an address in Zwettl at the inauguration of the memorial to the murder of the Jewish citizens of this town.
Fabian Pollack and Maciej Golebiowski will provide the musical accompaniment.
The ceremony will begin at 17h at the memorial site in the green area opposite the Zwettl town office.

On 11.11. at the Theatermuseum, Lobkowitzplatz 2, 1010 Vienna, at 15h there will be the presentation of my new book "The Beauty of Helena - a guide for the art of acting", which will be published bilingually in English and German by "Der Apfel".
In this book I describe the working process of role creation for actors and actresses on the basis of a monologue from William Shakespeare's "A Midsummer Night's Dream".
Moreover, this book is a manifesto for a sensual and essential theater that shows truths about people and encourages audiences with its stories.
Prof. Fatima Naqvi of Yale University wrote the foreword.
Linde Waber contributed the illustration.
The actress Katharina Stemberger will talk to me about it at the presentation.

On 13.11. there will be a transmedial performance in the Strengen Kammer in the "Porgy&Bess", Riemergasse 11, 1010 Vienna, at 19h, in which Hanne Pilgrim, Adrián Artacho, Leonhard Horstmeyer and I will present our artistic research work on the basis of the Lezioni Americane by Italo Calvino, in the context of which 6 short films have been created to explore the great themes of our century in a sensual way with the help of the famous CEUS grand piano by Bösendorfer.
